2. Come Relaxed
How long does the GPS say it will take to arrive here?
7042 W Ash Street
Frisco, TX 75034
Add 5 to 10 minutes to that. We typically have back to back bookings, so if you arrive late we may have to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Allow yourself plenty of time to get here – it’s much harder to relax in the cold water if you’ve been rushing.
3. Our Location
We are inside the Cordell Christian Organic Salon. You will see their sign in the yard.
You will see a small parking lot to the right.
You will see the Aroga Cold Therapy sign in the left window.
When you enter, we are the first suite on the left.

4. Parking
There is a small parking lot to the right of the building.
Choose the spot that is perfect for you!
5. Come Showered
Please come freshly showered, no oils or lotions.
The Plunge tub has an amazing filtration system, but freshly showered bodies helps keep the tub clean and sparkling for you and our other clients.
6. Come Dressed
To take advantage of your time, come already dressed to take your cold therapy session.*
(a) Clothes to Wear
Swimming! Wear a swimsuit, swim trunks or any clothing made of synthetic material.
(b) Clothes Not To Wear
Cotton! Avoid cotton clothing to prevent water absorption. Cotton clothing makes it colder.

*No stress if you don't come dressed, we have 2 bathrooms for you to use for changing.
